Dr Emily Austin is one of the best veterinarians I've ever known.  When my dog faced a life-threatening respiratory condition, she never gave up-She found the diagnosis, developed a management plan and gave my dog more time, even though she was reactive and difficult to treat.  Later, she provided compassionate care for another of my dogs with osteosarcoma, coming to the farm to ensure her final moments were peaceful.
